I share this video with you to get across a very important message.

Your business or passion project may not include creating a conference or large event. However, I want you to watch this video and realize this awesome creation did not happen overnight. The first event was August 2014 in a small space at the local Girl Scouts office, included 3-5 vendors and 50-60 people in attendance including the vendors and speakers. Yet there was media representation from 3 different stations. Do not despise humble beginnings. If you know you are called to the work, that should motivate you to keep going and the increase and greater impact will happen. You have to be like the little fish Dory from Finding Nemo and "keep swimming" no matter what it looks like and even when you feel tired. IF YOU THINK YOUR THING IS WORTH DOING, IT IS WORTH THE SACRIFICE IT TAKES TO BUILD IT!
