Something is happening...Women are writing!

There appears to be an explosion all across the country of women young and old who are leaving fear behind and putting pen to paper or fingers to keyboards to tell their stories!

I love it. Whether it is your life story, creative fiction that lies in your imagination, poetry or essays, get it done. I almost feel like a Modern Renaissance is happening with the amazing women around me. The world needs more stories, the world needs to hear your story so don't hold back.

It makes me smile each time I reach for a book on a special shelf in my bedroom that contains books written by people I know, mostly female friends. I love to read, but it's even more special to support authors in my own circle of friends and influence.

Do you have stacks and stacks of loose paper or notebooks filled with stories you've never shared with the public? Are fear and doubt holding you back? It's a new year and a new season in your life. Remember, anything that is placed within you to write is most likely not just for you. You never know how your story can inspire someone else or help them get through a similar situation. Someone needs what is written in your unpublished book...please don't keep them waiting.
